The ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) may not be working properly due to several reasons. It could be a hardware issue, such as a malfunctioning microphone or speaker. It could also be a software issue, such as a bug or glitch in the ANC algorithm. Additionally, ANC performance can be affected by environmental factors, such as high levels of ambient noise or interference. It is important to troubleshoot and identify the specific cause of the problem in order to address it effectively. **

The Sennheiser HD569 headphones provide excellent sound quality with a focus on clear and detailed audio, especially in the mid and high frequencies. However, compared to active noise-cancelling (ANC) headphones, the HD569 may not offer the same level of noise isolation and reduction of ambient sounds. ANC headphones are designed to actively cancel out external noise, providing a more immersive and uninterrupted listening experience, while the HD569 focuses on delivering high-quality sound without the active noise-cancelling feature. Ultimately, the choice between the two depends on the user's preference for sound quality versus noise isolation. **
